某型单缸机连杆结构强度仿真与试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在对某型单缸机连杆仿真计算的基础上,搭建了杆静强度试验平台,考核了该型连杆在最大拉力及最大压力两种工况条件下的应力分布情况,结果表明:在最大拉力工况下,试验与仿真的结果绝对误差最大为9 MPa,相对误差最大为12.6%;在最大压力工况下,试验与仿真的结果绝对误差最大为19 MPa,相对误差最大为6.9%.仿真计算与试验的结果均表明连杆杆身最小截面、小端孔与杆身过渡位置、大端孔与杆身过渡位置、小端油孔位置受到较大的应力作用. Basing on the simulation of single cycle connecting rod,the test plat for studying the strength o f it is established.The stress distribution of the connecting rod is checked undermaximum press force and maximum pull force load.The result indicated that the maximum absolute error between test and simulation is 9 MPa and the maximum relative error is 12.6% under maximum pull force load.The maximum absolute error between test and simulation is 19 MPa and the maximum relative error is 6.9% under maxmum press force load.The test and simulation make clear that the minimum section of the rod,the position between small head hole and rod body,the position between big head hole and rod body,oil path of small head are all under biggish stress.
