双孢菇菌糠微生物菌肥对叶菜品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高叶菜品质,降低蔬菜生产成本,提高经济效益,采用温室盆栽方法,以纯土培养为对照,向土壤中加入不同体积的双孢菇菌糠,栽培油菜、生菜和小白菜,30d后对其可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、维生素C以及叶绿素的含量进行测定。以菌糠作为微生物菌肥的载体栽培长势较好的油菜,30d后测定其生理指标,探讨双孢菇菌糠微生物菌肥应用于叶菜栽培的可行性。结果表明:菌糠∶土壤(体积比)为4∶6时,3种叶菜的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、维生素C含量和叶绿素含量均比对照有所提高。将微生物菌肥加入含40%菌糠的土壤中栽培的油菜,与纯土和混合菌糠土壤栽培相比品质最佳。 In order to improve the quality of leaf vegetables,reduce the production coast and improve economic benefits,the green house potting way was adopted with the contrast of pure soil cultivation.Different volumes of Agaricus bisporus residue were added to the soil to cultivate rape,lettuce and Chinese cabbage.After 30 days,the soluble sugar,soluble protein,vitamin C and chlorophyll content contained in the vegetables were measured.Taking Agaricus bisporus residue as the carrier of microorganism bacterial manure to cultivate the rape which grows well,and observe its physiological indexes after 30 days,so as to discuss the feasibility of applying Agaricus bisporus residue microorganism bacterial manure to the cultivation of leaf vegetables.The results showed that when the volume proportion of residue and soil is 4∶6,the soluble sugar,soluble protein,vitamin C and chlorophyll content contained in the three kinds of leaf vegetables have all been improved compared to that of the contrast group.In contrast to the rape cultivated by pure soil and mixed residue soil,the rape with the adding of microorganism bacterial manure to the soil containing 40% of residue could achieve the optimal quality.
