摘要 为比较不同品种蛋鸡的鸡蛋营养成分含量及其品质差异,选用相同饲养条件下32周龄北京油鸡、矮脚油鸡和白来航鸡同日所产鲜鸡蛋各12个,进行常规蛋品质及蛋黄卵磷脂含量测定。结果表明:北京油鸡和矮脚油鸡鸡蛋大小适中,蛋黄颜色深且比率高,卵磷脂含量高。 To compare the egg qualities of different layer breeds/strains, 12 fresh eggs were randomly collected from Beijing-You chicken,Dwarf Beijing-You chicken,and White Leghorn at 32 weeks of age,respectively. Those laying hens were reared under the same conditions including housing and feeding. The common egg quality traits including egg weight,yolk color, and lecithin content of the 36 eggs were measured using the standard methods. The results indicated that the eggs of Beijing-You chicken and Dwarf Beijing-You chicken showed proper size, darker yolk color, higher yolk proportion,and higher lecithin content compared with White Leghorn.
