摘要
提出一种带新型漏感能量回收电路的高升压比反激DC/DC变换器,减小了功率管电压应力和变换器损耗。给出一种基于载波移相-正弦脉宽调制(CPS-SPWM)控制的级联三电感双Buck型DC/AC逆变器,在消除过零点畸变的同时使滤波电感等效开关频率加倍,可减小逆变器的滤波器体积。最终实现了航空静止变流器的高功率密度和高效率。
A flyback DC/DC converter with a high step-up ratio is proposed, in which a new method of recovering the leakage inductance is used,reducing the voltage stress of switches and the losses of the converter.A carrier phase- shifted sinusoidal pulse width modulation(CPS-SPWM) control suitable for cascaded separated three inductors dual Bu- ck inverter is introduced in DC/AC inverter, which eliminates the zero crossing distortion, besides the filter inductor operating switching frequency is doubled.As a result,the filter of inverter is reduced.Finally high power density and high efficiency of aeronautic static converter are achieved.
