摘要
随着高科技开关装置的发展,母线电压会越来越高,传统的高频隔离双向DC/DC变换器的拓扑结构将不能满足高压大功率场合的应用。为此,提出了一种基于半桥三电平结构的高频隔离双向DC/DC变换器拓扑,该拓扑不仅具有功率双向流动、易于实现软开关、电气隔离和高可靠性等优点,还使开关管上的电压应力仅为输入/输出电压的1/2。通过对新型变换器的拓扑结构进行分析,给出了变换器在移相调制策略下的基本工作特性,研究了变换器的功率流特性和软开关特性。最后,通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
The voltage tends to be high along with development of high-tech switching devices,while in practical terms, the traditional topology of high-frequency isolated bi-directional DC/DC converter can not meet the high voltage requirements.Therofore, a novel topology of high-frequency isolated bi-directional DC/DC converter based on the half- bridge throe-level structure is introduced.The novel converter has the advantages, such as enabling bi-directional pow- er flow, ease of realizing soft-switching control, galvanic isolation and high reliability and so on, and the switches are withstand half of the input or output voltage.The working principle of the proposed DC/DC converter is discussed un- der the phase-shifting, and the characteristics of power flow as well as the soft-switching of the converter are re- searched.In the end,the experimental results are presented to validate the theoretical analysis.
