摘要
采用通用的有限元程序ANSYS10.0对摩擦型高强度螺栓节点纯受弯荷载作用下的受力情况进行了接触分析,对数值模拟过程中的单元类型、预应力的施加方式、约束条件及各单元的实常数进行了系统的研究.结果表明:顶板螺栓外侧的螺栓的分担的剪应力大于内侧螺栓分担的剪应力,腹板螺栓靠近节点板上角的螺栓附近的滑移量最大.本文中的数值模拟方法可用于研究摩擦型高强度螺栓节点的摩擦力分布规律及极限承载能力,弥补试验过程中的不足.
Contact analysis of friction - type strength bolts node under pure bending loads was carried out using finite element program ANSYS10. 0. A series of numerical simulation techniques, such as defining material model, prestressing method, constraints and real constants of each unit were studied. The results show that this numerical simulation method can be used to study friction and ultimate hearing capacity of distribution of strength bolts node making up for shortcomings of trials.
