摘要
预埋槽钢是指将槽钢预埋在混凝土基材内,避免对建筑结构的损伤,其主要起连接固定作用.为了了解槽钢的拉拔性能,本文首先通过槽钢本体试验来了解其薄弱部位;再对预埋在混凝土基材中的槽钢进行拉拔试验,确定该试件破坏模式;最后根据试验提供的条件建立槽钢本体及预埋槽钢拉拔有限元模型,利用ABAQUS进行求解计算,分析槽钢本体承载力和预埋槽钢的抗拉承载力,并与试验结果进行比较,发现试验与有限元分析较吻合.
A cast-in channel is referred to the channel embedded in the concrete base , which avoided damage to the building structure , and its main role was connection .In order to know the pullout performance of the channel , the paper introduced the body test of the cast -in channel in order to understand the weak parts . The pullout tests were conducted on cast -in channel embedded in concrete block to determine the specimen fail-ure mode.finally, based on the experiment of channel body and cast -in channel, finite element models were built .ABAQUS software was used to analyze the body capacity and the tensile behavior of the cast -in channels . The comparison shows that the finite element analysis results are consistent with the experiment ones .
