摘要
家蚕与其他无脊椎动物一样,在长期进化中形成自己独特的防御系统抵抗外界物质的入侵。病毒感染导致家蚕体内各种代谢发生变化,直接影响其生命力。酶作为推动生物体内复杂代谢活动不断进行的催化剂,已有研究表明,许多酶在家蚕受到病毒感染时其活性发生变化。论文根据目前的研究状况,介绍几种在家蚕抗病机制中起重要作用的解毒酶、免疫酶、消化酶等防御酶类,对两者之间相关性的研究进行综述,并对其在家蚕抗病应用研究上进行分析展望。
The silkworm like other invertebrates,has the formation of their own unique defense system in the long-term evolution,to resist the invasion of foreign substances.Virus infection can cause a variety of metabolic changes in silkworm that directly affect their vitality.Enzymes are catalysts to promote the on-going complex metabolic activity in vivo .Studies show that many enzymes change their activity when silk-worm infected with virus.Based on the current research situations,this article introduced some defense enzymes that play important role in the disease resistance mechanisms of silkworm,such as detoxification enzymes,immune enzymes,digestive enzymes to summarize the correlation between disease resistance mechanisms and these defense enzymes,and analyze the prospects of applied research on disease resistance in the silkworm .
