冀东水泥滦县有限责任公司的4000t/d线已经有10年的运行历史,其控制系统已不能很好地对全线实施生产全过程的控制管理,必须实施改造。详细介绍了将其Control Net网络改造成以太网的改造方案及改造步骤。改造后的生产线已运行1年有余,系统稳定性有显著提高。
The network transformation process from ControlNet to Ethernet of a 4 000 t/d NSP cement production line with ten years of history was introduced as well as the scheme and step.Since the alteration, the production line has run for more than a year, the system stability is improved significantly.
