摘要
对IBRV/JZ06-3基础毒株免疫犊牛后是否会出现毒力返强现象进行了研究。以4m L/头病毒含量为107.4TCID50/m L的IBRV/JZ06-3弱毒活疫苗滴鼻免疫犊牛,通过疫苗回滴毒力测定、连续临床观察、采集鼻拭子分离病毒进行分析结果表明,IBRV/JZ06-3基础毒株免疫犊牛后没有出现传染性鼻气管炎病毒感染的临床症状,从鼻拭子中未分离出病毒,可见该毒株对犊牛免疫后没有出现毒力返强现象。
To study the reversion of virulence after immunization on calves with IBRV/JZ06-3（level of the virus was 107.4TCID50/mL） .Be ob-served the clinical effects of continuously ,drew blood of vein with anticoagulant ,collected the nasal swabs .And the virus was isolated from the nasal swabs .The result showed that no symptoms of IBRV ,the new virus was not isolated from the nasal swabs .There was no pathogenicity after immunization on calves with IBRV/JZ06-3 .
