四种家养珍禽蛋物理性状测定与分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过对中国环颈雉、珍珠鸡、贵妃鸡和火鸡新鲜蛋的主要物理性状指标进行测定、计算,取得了这4种类型珍禽蛋的蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄颜色及蛋黄、蛋白和蛋壳在总蛋重中各自所占的比例及蛋比重等物理性状指标。本试验结果为珍禽种蛋的选择、分级、保存、运输和加工及珍禽优良品种的选育和饲养管理提供参考。 Based on the assay and calculation of major physical traits for four types of domestic rare bird eggs .The data(include egg shape in-dex ,shell thickness ,the respective proportion of yolk albumin and shell in egg weight as a whole ,and specific gravity )were acquired .This study results provided the reference value of the rare bird egg selection ,breeding management ,classification ,storage ,transportation and processing of eggs .
