应用D301R树脂对西洋参果脱色工艺研究

摘要 研究D301R树脂脱色工艺参数,优选最佳脱色条件。采用高效液相色谱测定人参皂苷Re含量;紫外-可见分光光度法检测吸光值;通过树脂静态吸附和动态吸附试验,考察不同脱色时间、pH、温度以及流速脱色效果;以人参皂苷Re保留率和脱色率综合评价脱色效果。D301R树脂最佳脱色条件为温度40℃、pH 5.30和流速1BV/h,西洋参果溶液10mg/mL,脱色率84.26%±1.56%,人参皂苷保留率88.75%±1.86%。西洋参果D301R树脂脱色工艺具有很高的脱色率和较高的人参皂苷保留率。 To study the D301R resin decoloration process parameters ,optimum decoloring conditions .Using HPLC for determination ginsenoside Re of sample ,determination absorbance by UV-Vis spectrophotometry ,the resin static adsorption and dynamic adsorption experiments ,effects of different adsorption time ,pH ,temperature and flow rate of decolorization effects ,with ginsenoside Reretention rate and removal rate of decol-orization color evaluation .The D301R resin optimum decoloring conditions for temperature 40℃ ,pH 5.30 and velocity 1BV/h ,American gin-seng fruit solution 10mg/mL ,the decolorization rate was 84.26% ± 1.56% and ginsenoside retention rate 88.75% ± 1.86% .ginseng fruit D301R resin decoloration process has very high decolorization rate and high ginsenoside retention rate ,and is very suitable for American gin-seng fruit solution decoloration .
