刺五加种质资源某些性状的研究

Study on Some Germplasm Characteristics of Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr. et Maxim.) Harms

对刺五加种质资源研究结果表明,各质量性状存在较大变异,以皮刺颜色、叶色、花色、新稍颜色等变异最大;各数量性状亦存在较大变异,其中皮刺密度变异较大,变异系数达89.07%。各数量性状间存在一定的相关性,其中,刺五加茎粗与叶长、叶宽及枝条重呈极显著相关关系。因此,通过对刺五加种质资源进行评价,将促进其种质资源的收集和品种选育。

Germplasm research on Acanthopanax senticosus .showed that much variation between quality and quantity characteristics .The most variations in quality characters were pricle color ,leaf color ,flower color and young shoot color .However ,the most variations in quantity charac-ters were pricle density and the CV （coefficient of variance ）was 89.07% .Correlativity exists in each nch diameter and leaf blade length ,leaf blade width and branch weight very significant .Thus ,the resource evaluation of Acanthopanax senticosus will improve collection ,and breeding had greater potential and practical significance .
