摘要 随着动车和高铁在中国迅速发展,大功率、非线性的交流电力机车单相负荷越来越多地出现在供电系统中,对电力系统的电能质量带来新的影响。目前针对高铁对电力系统影响主要侧重于对机车电气主电路的研究上,缺少根据交流型机车的电气特性进行电能质量针对性检测评估分析的相关方法。文中首先对电力机车的电气特征及其电能质量干扰特征进行了分析,在此基础上着重分析了电力机车负荷电能质量监测中应关注的若干问题,并给出了针对电力机车负荷的电能质量评估的基本方法。分析表明:电力机车负荷电能质量监测不仅要关注稳态电能质量指标,同时也要关注其暂态电能质量干扰危害。 With the rapid development of the construction of high speed railway,more and more AC drived electrical locomotives supplied by single phase power with high power drawing and non-liner characteristics occur in power supply system,accompanying with this situation,new impacts imposed on power quality are presented.Nowadays,the studies of impacts on power quality in this area are more focused on the main circuits of electrical locomotive,however,paid less attention on methods of power quality monitoring and evaluating for this new kind of AC drived electrical locomotive.The paper analyzes characteristics and power quality disturbances of electrical locomotive;on the basis of typical power quality disturbances originated by electrical locomotive,analyzes the issues which should be concerned in power quality monitoring;in addition,discusses and provides the power quality evaluation methods related to traction substation.The conclusion shows that for electrical locomotive load,the continuous power quality disturbances,and the discontinuous disturbances should be both considered.
