As increasing attention is paid to the informatization construction of university human resources management, problems are constantly changing. How to improve the performance is the bottleneck of university informatization construction. This article analyzes the present situation of informatization construction of human resources management at colleges and universities and the main factors influencing the performance of informatization construction. Then taking the operation of university human resources management as an example, it puts forward some suggestions on improving the performance of informationization construction.
