摘要
医院一站式多媒体自助终端服务是一种全新的服务方式,是医院自助服务体系的重要一环。该文以宁波市第一医院为例,从使用者与管理者的角度出发,分析了传统模式下自助服务存在的问题。参考国内外的先进理念,并根据宁波市第一医院的特色,设计了医院自助服务系统。该系统的应用提高了医院服务质量及效率,同时对未来一站式自助服务的发展方向进行分析。
Hospital one-stop multimedia self-service terminals,a new service mode,are an important part of the hospital service system. In this paper,we will analyze the problems in the traditional self-service mode by taking our hospital as an example from the perspectives of users and managers. By referring to the advanced concepts at home and abroad and considering the characteristics of our hospital,we designed the hospital self-service system. The system has improved the quality and efficiency of our hospital's service. The paper also envisages the development direction of future one-stop self-service.
