高职高专院校学生党支部设置现状探析

Analysis of the Estasblishment of Student Party Branch in Vocational Colleges

文章认为学生党支部设置有其规定及四个原则、总体要求、现实性要求、法理依据与现实依据。设置现状中制约构建模式创新的共性问题,主要有旧构建模式的影响和制约,对设置的规定及原则、要求和依据把握不全面,对科学发展观在设置中的运用不到位,没有找准设置点,旧构建模式不适应新要求等五个方面的成因。

The paper thinks that the establishment of student Party branch has its rules and four principles, general requirements, practical requirements, legal basis and realistic basis. There are five causes of the common problems restricting the innovation of the construction mode： the influence and restriction of the old construction mode; not grasping properly the provisions, principles, and requirements of the establishment; not using appropriately the Scientific Outlook on Development; not finding the right place for the establishment; not adapting to the new demands.
