张爱玲《金锁记》中的曹七巧历来被人们看作一个利欲熏心和人性泯灭的"恶"女人,她的乖戾、阴鸷让人不寒而栗。殊不知她只是一个生不逢时的被戕害者,是被封建势力摧残以致灵魂扭曲的可悲者。文章从女性畸形的生存状态、女性自身的心理弱点以及无法挣脱的封建礼教等诸多因素来探析曹七巧疯狂变态的深层原因,以悲悯之心解读中国传统女性的凄怆人生。

In the novel The Golden Lock by Zhang Ailing, the heroine Cao Qiqiao has always been regarded as an extremely greedy and cynical ＂evil＂ woman with no human feelings. Her grumpiness and cattiness often makes others feel scared. However, people hardly realize that she was actually a born tragedy person and a sympathy victim growing up in a bad time and was inner distorted and destroyed by the feudal forces. Seeing from the perspectives of abnormal survival conditions under the overwhelming feudal ethical codes and the psychological weakness of women, this paper will analyze and decode the deep reasons which caused the soul distortion of Cao Qiqiao, meanwhile it helps the readers decode the miserable lives of the traditional Chinese women in the old days.
