高校图书馆读者服务的问题及对策

Problems in Reader Service of College Libraries and Their Countermeasures

就当前高校图书馆读者服务方面存在的问题进行探讨研究,分析其不利的影响,并针对性地提出改正措施。主张从转变读者服务理念、提高在职人员素质、加大宣传力度和营造良好阅读环境等方面下功夫,努力做好读者服务工作,从而尽可能大地发挥高校图书馆的教辅作用。

The paper explores the existing problems in the reader service of college libraries at present, analyzes their adverse effects, and proposes corrective measures. It advocates that the concept of reader service should be transformed, staff quality be improved, and greater efforts be made to publicize and create a good reading environment so as to do well in reader service and play the role of a college library as much as possible.
