摘要
采用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计等方法对重庆市竞技体育职业教练员数量、队别分布、年龄、学历、职称结构以及管理机制等进行调查和分析,并提出对策。结果表明:教练员总量偏少,二三线基层教练员人数缺乏;高层次国家级教练员数量偏少;教练员队伍整体学历层次较优,高学历研究生人才缺乏;教练员的选聘及培训体系单一,等级晋升制度有待完善。
By the methods of questionnaire survey, interviews, mathematical statistics, etc, this paper has analyzed the quantity, distribution, age, educational background, title structure and management mechanism of professional coaches of competitive sports in Chongqing, and put forward the countermeasures. Conclusion as follows:the quantity of professional coaches of competitive sports is few, number of second and third-tier primary coaches is lack;the overall academic level of coaches is good, but high-educated graduate coaches are lack;the number of high-level national coaches is small;the hiring and training system of the coaches are simplistic ,the up-grade system needs to be perfected.
