摘要
通过对350MW超临界机组冷态启动各阶段用汽情况进行分析;以全面了解冷态启动辅汽用户的构成,通过调试实践对启动炉容量选择进行分析,同时,也对启动期间用汽方式进行了优化,以达到经济、合理使用辅汽的目的,为新建机组启动炉容量选择以及合理分配辅汽提供了经验。
Analyzes the steam consumption of each stage during the cold start-up of 350 M W supercritical units. The purpose of this research is to fully account the users of auxiliary steam in cold start-up as to make the consumption economically and rationally. The capacity choice of start-up boiler is accurately analyzed and the w ays of steam consumption are also optimized during the commissioning. This paper provides some useful advices and suggestions for the capacity choice of boiler in new unit and reasonable allocations of auxiliary steam.
