摘要 针对经准β热处理获得的片层组织TC4-DT钛合金的疲劳长裂纹扩展速率实验结果,通过数值分析和线性回归拟合,推导了Paris方程、Forman方程和Elber方程的数学表达式,并对拟合结果的相关系数和误差进行了分析,对比了3种数学方程对片层组织TC4-DT钛合金疲劳长裂纹扩展速率的拟合精度。在此基础上,对已有模型进行优化和修正,提出了F-E分段方程。该方程以片层组织TC4-DT钛合金裂纹扩展速率曲线上转折点对应的应力强度因子幅ΔKt为分界点,分别对实验数据进行数值分析和线性回归拟合,具有较高的拟合精度。 Fatigue crack growth rate of TC4-DT titanium alloy with the lamellar microstructure obtained by quasi-fl heat-treatment was tested. Paris, Forman and Elber mathematical equations were obtained by data analysis and linear regression fitting on the experiment results. The fitting precisions of three models were made a comparative study of mathematical result by correlation of fitting results and error analysis. A F-E equation with higher fitting precision for two-line segment to describe fatigue crack growth rate was proposed on the optimization and correction of the above models. It was obtained by data analysis and linear regression fitting on the results with ΔKt value as a division point.
