摘要
某600MW超临界机组,累计投入运行3万小时,材质为TP347H的末级再热器在弯管段发生泄漏,本文对泄漏部位进行了失效分析,得出弯管截面成型不规则与末级再热器运行温度偏高是导致泄漏的主要原因。
A 600MW supercritical unit which has serviced over 30 000 h, the final reheater which material is TP347H leaks at the elbow. Failure analysis of the leakage position is carried on in this paper,and come to a conclusion that elbow seetionforming irregular and final reheater operates over the allowable temperature are the main reasons of the leakage.
