Principal Component Analysis of Nine Selected Biochemical Constituents Present in Fruit Bodies of Eight Lentinula edodes Cultivars

摘要 为了研究主成分分析法在香菇(Lentinula edodes)化学成分评价中的应用,利用SPSS软件对8种常用香菇栽培材料的多糖、蛋白、糖醇和核苷类共9种化学成分进行分析。提取的前3个主成分的累计方差贡献率为91.73%。决定第1主成分大小的主要是蛋白、尿嘧啶、尿苷、腺苷和香菇嘌呤;决定第2主成分大小的主要是阿糖醇和甘露醇;决定第3主成分大小的主要是多糖和海藻糖。综合试验材料的主成分得分和综合得分,S604、S605和S606化学成分组成优于其他品种。利用SPSS软件和主成分分析法可以有效地比较香菇品种材料间化学成分品质差异,适用于香菇化学成分评价。 We have used Principal Component Analysis to undertake a comprehensive evaluation of the polysaccharide, protein, arabitol, mannitol, trehalose, eritadenine, uracil, uridine and adenosine constituents in eight Lentinula edodes samples (whole fruit bodies and stipes).Our data demonstrated the cumulative contribution of the three principal components was 91.73%.The size of the first principal component was determined mainly by the protein,uracil,uridine,adenosine and eritadenine constituents, that of the second principal component mainly by arabitol and mannitol,and that of the third principal component mainly by polysaccharide and trehalose.Higher principal component and integrated scores were recorded for L .edodes strains S604,S605 and S606,indicating that these cultivars contained higher levels of the selected constituents compared with other test strains.We conclude that PCA is a useful tool for the biochemical evaluation of L .edodes fruit bodies.
