摘要
目前,具有特殊高温力学性能的金属材料的使用几乎涵盖了机械、航空、航天和特殊高温容器等所有工程领域。这些金属材料的高温力学性能参数是使用配有高温电阻炉、真空炉的试验机,通过试验而得出的。从而可以看出,温度对于这些金属材料而言具有特殊而又重要的意义。但是在高温试验过程中,影响试验结果的因素有很多,这里以高温电阻炉为例,评定其温度测量的不确定度。
At present, the metal materials with special mechanical properties in high temperature cover almost all areas of engineering, such as machinery, aviation, aerospace and special high temperature vessels. The high temperature mechanical properties of these metal materials are obtained by the testing machine equipped with high temperature resistance furnace, vacuum fur- nace. It can be seen that, the temperature has special and important significance for these metal materials. In the process of high temperature test, there are many factors that affect the test results. This paper takes the high temperature resistance furnace as an example to evaluate the uncertainty of temperature measurement.
