喷射纳米仿钢纤维混凝土施工工法

摘要 喷射纳米仿钢纤维混凝土改善了水泥凝固的三维结构,增加混凝土的粘结力,改善了混凝土的堆积密度,且仿钢纤维在混凝土中具有很好的分散性,与水泥基材料有很高的界面粘结力,从而使喷射混凝土性能大大提高。文中以漂阳抽水蓄能电站喷射纳米仿钢纤维混凝土施工为例,介绍了塌方段及富水段喷射纳米仿钢纤维混凝土施工的施工工法。 By the shotcrete with nano imitating steel fiber, the three-dimensional structure of cement setting is improved, the cohesive force of concrete is increased and the bulk density of the concrete is improved. The imitating steel fiber has the good dispersion in the concrete and has the strong interfacial cohesive force with the cement-based materials, which could greatly improve performance of the shotcrete. Taking the shotcrete construction with nano imitating steel fiber in Piaoyang pumped-storage power station as an example, the paper introduces the construction method of nano imitating steel fiber shotcrete at collapse section and water-rich section.
