滑模施工具备节省时间、经济、成本低、外观质量好等优点,目前滑模施工的液压设备、模板设计、加工等技术比较成熟,液压设备等生产比较规范,方便施工购置。本文结合辽宁清河水库除险加固工程溢洪道闸墩混凝土滑模施工,从方案选择、施工布置、滑模设计、制作、安装、拆除、混凝土运输、浇筑、降温、保温等方面介绍了混凝土滑模施工工艺,供大中型工程施工借鉴。

The slip form construction has the advantages of the save time, low economic cost, good appearance quality,and so on. At present, the slip form construction technology, hydraulic equipment, formwork design and machining, are relatively mature. The production of hydraulic equipment is normative and the purchase is easy.Combined with the slip form construction of spillway pier concrete in danger control and reinforcement project of Qinghe reservoir in Liaoning province, the paper introduces the technology of concrete slip form construction from the aspects of the scheme selection, the construction layout, the design, making, installation and demolition of the slip form, the transportation, concreting, cooling and heat preservation of the concrete, which would provide reference for large and middle project construction.
