PRF用于口腔种植软组织缺损修复的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 在临床种植术中,软组织不足及缺损往往会影响后期的美学修复。一些常用的软组织外科处理方法,如自体结缔组织移植、游离龈移植等,其手术方式较难掌握,术后效果不好预期,并且会给患者增添痛苦。而目前常用的异体脱细胞真皮基质(acellular dermal matrix,ADM)和异种脱细胞真皮基质又分别存在伦理顾虑、价格昂贵、疾病传播风险及易降解、易附着细菌、增加感染机会的弊端。
