汽油硫醇氧化装置汽油泵机械密封故障原因分析及对策

摘要 汽油硫醇氧化装置中,两台汽油泵机械密封频繁出现泄漏,2012年共更换四套机封,每台平均使用寿命大约为2400小时,远低于API标准中的机械密封要求使用寿命25000小时。文中结合汽油脱硫醇氧化装置的工艺流程分析了汽油泵输送介质的特点,结合机泵检修时对机械密封拆检情况分析了机械密封故障率高的原因,根据装置的工艺流程和机械密封冲洗方案的选型基本要求,提出了改进措施,实施后机械密封的运行寿命得到提高。 The two petrol pump mechanical seal of the first unit workshop gasoline mercaptan oxidation de- vice leakage occurs frequently, a total of four sets of machine seal replacement in 2012, the average life a- bout 2400 hours each one, well below the API standards require the use of mechanical seals life of 25,000 hours. According to the unit's process and selection of the basic requirements of mechanical seal flush plan, proposed the improvements,after the implementation of the operational life of the mechanical seal is improved.
