辅导员队伍建设关乎高校的教育教学和学生的做人成才,而现有的管理机制、制度保障、队伍结构等制约着辅导员队伍的稳定、高效、有力地运转。要健全制度,明确职责,依法依规,严格奖惩,充分保障,狠抓落实。调动他们的积极性和创造力,使辅导员更加安心、舒心、用心、爱心地工作。

Developing the instructor team is related to teaching at colleges. But the team doesn＇t work well because of its current management, system and construction. The paper tells us how to encourage instructors to work efficiently, comfortably and actively.
