摘要
服装生产线的缝制工作基本上是完全依赖于个人的操作技巧和熟练程度。有相当多的制作工艺对缝制工人的技术要求很高,同时服装的生产效率和生产质量也与缝制工人个体有很大关系,难于实现标准化管理。本文以夹克口袋工艺模板设计为例,分析服装工艺优化方法、服装工艺模板的设计开发,着重解决上述问题,优化工艺流程,降低服装加工难度,提高生产效率和质量。便于实现生产线的工序同期化,确保生产计划、进度的合理把控。
The sewing work of clothing production is entirely depends on individual operational and proficiency skills. Quite a lot of production techniques require workers skills, and the efficiency of clothing production and quality depends on individual workers, which makes standardized management difficult. In this paper, taking a jacket pocket template designing as an example, the author analyzes the optimization method of clothing processing and clothing technology template design and exploitation, focuses on solving the above problems, optimizes the processing, reduces the garment processing difficulty, and improves production efficiency and quality.In order to realize synchronization of production process, we ensure production schedule and progress in highly controlling.
