绿色建筑评价体系是综合衡量并有效推动居住环境建设的重要工具.本文将现有国际上具有代表性的几个评价体系——英国BREEAM、美国LEED、加拿大GBTOOL、日本CASBEE以及我国的《绿色建筑评价标准》进行综合分析,并在多层次比较和适宜性研究的基础上,提出几点对建立我国绿色建筑评价体系的可借鉴之处.

The green building assessment system is a comprehensively effective tool in guiding the construction development of residential environment. This article will present several international representative assessment systems-American LEED,British BREEAM,Canadian GBTOOL,Japanese CASBEE and the domestic ＂ green building evaluation criteria＂ makes a comprehensive analysis,and in the multi-level comparison and suitability on the basis of the study,puts forward some reference.
