浅析我国非公立高等教育政府投资政策的发展

Analysis the Development of the Government Investment Policy to the Non-public Higher Education College in China

对我国非公立高等学校政府的投资政策,是影响着非公立高等学校资源配置、办学质量和可持续发展的环境变量.有力而具有可操作性的政府投资政策,不仅能够促进非公立高校的快速发展,而且能够实现政府对非公立高校的宏观调控.本文通过探究我国非公立高等学校政府投资政策的历史演变过程,分析现行投资政策存在的认识问题及发展空间,提出健全非公立高等学校政府投资政策相关的法律法规体系,加大政府对非公立高校投资力度的建议.

The government investment policy to the non-public education colleges in our country is the most important environment variables to affect the resource allocation,educational quality and sustainable development of college. Stronger and operable policy and regulations can not only improve the rapid development but also realize the government＇ s macroeconomic management to the non public colleges and universities. Through exploring the historical evolution process of the non public education colleges in China,this paper analyzed the shortcomings and development space of the current investment policy,suggested perfecting relevant law and regulation system of government investment policy and boost investment in the future.
