建设优良学风,是高校肩负国家科教兴国战略任务的重要环节.本文通过分析高校现状,查找出影响高校学风建设的关键因素,对如何加强学风建设提出了管理督学风、机制导学风、榜样树学风、科研促学风的建议.

Construction on excellent learning style is one of the most important sessions to developing the country through science and education. In this paper, the key influencing factors are found and analyzed, management,mechanism,model and scientific research are proposed to strength the learning style.
