学生党员先进性建设在党的先进性建设中具有特殊的地位和作用。分析了学生党员发挥先进性作用的现状和先进性作用发挥不尽如人意的原因:发挥先进性作用的实践机制不够完善。提出了加强理想信念教育机制、创新学生党员发挥先锋模范作用机制、创新学生党员的监督和激励机制的实践探索和理性思考。

The construction of student Party members＇ progressiveness has a special status and function in the construction of the Party＇ s progressiveness. The paper analyzes the present situation of the student Party members and the causes of their unsatisfactory performance of conducting progressiveness： imperfect practical mechanism of their conducting of progressiveness. The paper proposes practical exploration and rational thinking on strengthening the mechanism of ideal and belief education, innovating the exemplary function of student Party members＇ pioneers, innovating supervision and incentive mechanism of student Party members.
