过敏性鼻炎儿童血清维生素D水平与T淋巴细胞亚群的相关性研究 被引量:5

CORRELATION OF SERUM VITAMIN D LEVELS AND T LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS IN CHILDREN WITH ALLERGIC RHINITIS

摘要 目的探讨过敏性鼻炎儿童血清维生素D水平与T淋巴细胞亚群之间的关系。方法选择海珠区妇幼保健院1岁以上的过敏性鼻炎患儿200名(实验组)及正常儿童200名(对照组),应用串联质谱仪检测其血清维生素D水平,采用流式细胞技术检测患儿血中CD8+、CD8+CD28+、CD8+CD28-、CD28+T淋巴细胞亚群的表达情况。统计对比维生素D水平与T淋巴细胞亚群、Ig E相关性。结果实验组总维生素D及维生素D3水平低于对照组(p<0.05),两组维生素D2水平无显著性差异(p>0.05)。随着维生素D水平的下降,Ig E显著升高,CD8+变化不明显,CD8+CD28+及CD28+的百分比逐渐上升,CD8+CD28-的百分比则在不断的下降。结论过敏性鼻炎儿童血清维生素D水平比正常儿童偏低,且以维生素D3水平偏低为主。维生素D缺乏越严重,CD8+、CD8+CD28+、CD8+CD28-、CD28+T淋巴细胞亚群失衡越厉害,Ig E水平也越高。 Objective To explore the relationship between serum vitamin D levels and T lymphocyte subsets in children with allergic rhinitis. Methods 200 children aged 1 or above with allergic rhinitis selected from Haizhu District Women and Children's Health Care Hospital were as the experimental group and another 200 normal children as the control group. Tandem mass spectrometer was used to detect the levels of serum vitamin D and flow cytometry for detecting the expression of CD8^+,CD8^+CD28^+,CD8^+CD28^-,CD28^+T lymphocyte subsets in children. The correlation between vitamin D levels and T lymphocyte subsets,Ig E was statistically compared. Results The total levels of vitamin D and vitamin D3 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group( p 〈 0. 05).There were no significant differences in vitamin D2 levels in the two groups( p〈 0. 05). With the decrease of vitamin D,Ig E was significantly increased and CD8^+remained unchanged significantly. The percentages of CD8^+CD28^+and CD28^+increased gradually,while the percentage of CD8^+CD28^-continually declined. Conclusion Serum vitamin D levels in children with allergic rhinitis are lower than those in normal children,especially vitamin D3. The more serious vitamin D deficiency,the more severe imbalance of CD8^+,CD8^+CD28^+,CD8^+CD28^-,CD28^+T lymphocyte subsets and the higher levels of Ig E.
