摘要
从光谱角度出发,归纳了植物特征光谱在不同波段的主要控制因子和吸收特征;从生理角度出发,阐述了重金属胁迫对不同植物叶绿素含量、细胞结构和含水量的影响,及这些光谱控制因子在重金属胁迫时的变化机制;从应用角度出发,讨论了植物重金属胁迫下叶绿素含量、叶片结构和含水量的敏感波段与目前的一些研究成果;总结了高光谱遥感应用于植物重金属胁迫监测研究中的不足并作了展望.
From the perspective of the spectrum,this article generalized the main control factors and absorption features of plants'spectrum.From the perspective of physiological,it illustrated the impacts of heavy metal stress on chlorophyll content,cell structure and water content in different plants,interpreted the change mechanism of spectral control factors under heavy metal stress,and made theoretical analysis of the application of hyperspectral remote sensing under heavy metal stress.From the perspective of application,it discussed the sensitive bands of chlorophyll content,leaf structure and water content under heavy metal stress,summarized the deficiencies of hyperspectral remote sensing applying in the heavy metal stress monitoring,and presented development prospects.
