摘要
利用广州市三所职业技术学院的麦可思公司调查数据进行分析发现,各职位间均存在收入的性别歧视现象。利用最小二乘法估计影响收入的决定方程,并通过Oaxaca模型对各职位收入进行分解,得出的结论是:收入性别歧视存在着职位差异,这种差异受到职位的就业歧视影响。
The thesis tries to prove that there is gender discrimination in income of different positions by analyzing the data from MyCOS survey of three vocational colleges in Guangzhou. It makes use of the least square method to estimate the determining equation which has an impact on income, and decomposes the incomes among different professions by Oaxaca Module. The conclusion could be drawn that the gender discrimination in income varies owing to different positions and the differences in income are influenced by employment discrimination.
