城镇化的迅速发展需要大量的应用型文化产业管理人才,而该专业建设还存在诸多不适应市场需求的缺陷,为了和市场接轨,必须探索科学的人才培养模式:明确培养目标;创新教学方法;优化课程建设;加强实习基地建设,提高学生的实践应用能力。

The rapid development of urbanization requires a large quantity of application - oriented talents in the management of culture industry. However, the current situation of the speciality construction of culture industry management could not meet the requirements of market. As a result, a more scientific talent cultivation mode needs to be developed. Meanwhile, the faculty is required to set clearer cultivating objectives, to create more effective teaching methods, to optimize the curricula construction, to strengthen the construction of practice base, and to enhance the practical abilities of the students.
