黑龙江省发展农业产业投资基金的概念基础与政策建议

The Conceptual Basis and Policy Suggestions on the Development of Agricultural Industry Investment Fund of Heilongjiang Province

在分解私募股权基金和界定我国特有的"产业投资基金"概念的基础上,结合黑龙江省特点,分析了农业的产业特性和公共产品性质,阐述了"农业产业投资基金"不同于其他产业投资基金的目标定位,提出了对"黑龙江省农业产业投资基金"的几点政策建议。

By the classification of the concept of the private equity fund, this paper defines concept of ＂industry investment fund＂. Further, we combined with the characteristics of Heilongjiang Province, analyzed the industrial characteristics of agricultural and public product nature, and explained that ＂the target orientation of agricultural industry investment fund＂ is different from other industry investment fund.Finally, We put forward five policy suggestions for the development of ＂Heilongjiang province agriculture industry investment fund＂.
