This paper analyzes the developing situation and problems of rural bookstores of minority nationalities in Heilongjiang province. And it has expounded the feasibility of development of such bookstores supported by the local university libraries. And the paper also explores the strategies of the sustainable development for rural bookstores of minorities facilitated by local university libraries in order to maintain the sustainable development of these bookstores.
