深度校企合作视野下高职学生思想政治教育模式浅析

Analysis of Higher Vocational Students' Ideological and Political Educational Mode from the Perspective of Deep School-enterprise Cooperation

校企合作是高职教育发展的必然趋势,为适应校企深度合作的需要,必须对高职教育形式作出相应的调整,思想政治教育也不例外。分析了深度校企合作背景下高职思想政治教育发生的变化,包括教育者及受教育者的变化、教育方法及内容的变化、教育环境的变化;同时对深度校企合作视野下的高职学生思想政治教育模式进行了探讨。

School-enterprise cooperation is an inexorable trend of higher vocational development. To meet the needs of deep cooperation between school and enterprise,it is necessary to adj ust the form of higher vocational education and also ideological and political education.The change in higher vocational ideological and political education against the background of deep school-enter-prise cooperation is analysed,including changes in educators and educatees,in educational meth-od and content,in educational environment.At the same time,the ideological and political educa-tion mode is discussed.
