摘要 提出了一种简单、快速和可靠的同时测定锌铝合金中锡、铅、铁的方法。用硝酸溶样后在1%(体积分数)硝酸介质中,以Sn 189.989nm、Pb 220.353nm和Fe 259.940nm作分析线,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定。锡、铅和铁的检出限分别为0.02μg/mL、0.03μg/mL和0.002μg/mL,样品中锡的加标回收率为100%,铅和铁的加标回收率均为110%。方法应用于锌铝合金中锡、铅和铁测定,测定值与国家标准方法的测定值一致,相对标准偏差分别为0.0%,3.0%和6.4%。 A simple, rapid and reliable method for the simultaneous determination of tin, lead and iron in zinc-aluminum alloy was proposed. The sample was dissolved with nitric acid. Then, the content of tin, lead and iron was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICPAES) in % (volume fraction) nitric acid medium using Sn 189. 989 nm, Pb 220. 353 nm and Fe 259. 940 nm as analysis lines. The detection limit for tin, lead and iron was 0. 02 μg/mL. 0.03 μg/mL and 0. 002μg/mL, respectively. The recoveries of standard addition were 100% for tin and 110% for lead and iron. The proposed method was applied to the determination of tin, lead and iron in zinc-aluminum alloy. The found results were consistent with those obtained by national standard method. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.0%, 3.0% and 6.4%, respectively.
