摘要
通过测定柚皮粗提物对松梢螟幼虫的拒食活性、生长发育影响和毒杀活性,研究其对松梢螟幼虫的室内毒力作用。结果显示:100 mg/m L的柚皮粗提物生物毒性最强,处理24、48 h后的松梢螟幼虫的拒食率分别达到了99.28%、94.23%,拒食中浓度AFC50分别为7.61、9.28 mg/m L;对松梢螟四龄幼虫的生长抑制率在处理后24、48、96 h分别为96.32%、95.44%和93.19%,LC50分别为9.56、13.52、8.38 mg/m L;三龄幼虫、五龄幼虫的校正死亡率分别为90.00%和80.00%,与对照药剂噻虫啉的效果处于同一显著水平。柚皮粗提物对三龄幼虫毒杀作用效果优于五龄幼虫,LD50分别为18.46、25.99 mg/m L。说明柚皮粗提物对松梢螟幼虫生物活性有一定影响。
In order to study the bioactivities of Citrus maxima peel ethanol extracts against the larvaes of Dioryctria splendidella, antifeedant activities, growth and development and contact toxicity of D. splendideUa larvaes were determined after treated with the extracts. Theresuhs showed that when the concentration of extracts was 100 mg/mL, the corresponding antifeedant rate reached 99.28% and 94.23% after treatment at 24 hours and 48 hours, and the AFCs0 values were 7.61 rag/ mL, 9.28 mg/mL, respectively. The inhibition effect on the 4th instar larvaes was 96.32%, 95.44% and 93.19% after treatment of 100 mg/mL at 24 hours, 48 hours and 96 hours, respectively. The corrected mortality of the 3th instar and 5th instar larvae were 90.00% and 80.00%, and the effects were the same as the pesticides thiacloprid. The contact toxicity of the extracts against the 3th instar was higher than that against the 5th instar, with respective LD50 value of 18.46 and 25.99 mg/mL. Thus the C. maxima peel extracts had some bioactivities against the larvae of D. splendidella.
