摘要
分析汽车底盘摆臂冲压工艺的可行性,将传统手工线生产转换到自动化多工位生产,生产时零件容易产生压偏甚至压裂,采用先将零件顶部型面拉深到位,再进行翻边,解决了这些问题,对类似零件的成形有一定的参考作用。
Based on feasibility analysis of the stamping process for an automotive chassis swing arm, the traditional manual production line was replaced by automatic multi-position production. In order to avoid slanted stamping or even fracturing of the product, the form?ing process was optimized to deep drawing of the component top surface at first and then the flanging.
