摘要
在北京首都国际机场三号航站楼行李处理系统中,承担主要行李传送任务的皮带输送线,使用PLC和分布式I/O、DP从站,应用Profibus和ASI两种总线结构,并通过软件编程,对现场输送机进行控制,在保证行李高效传输要求的同时,实现了输送机运行控制、行李间隙控制、行李自动跟踪等要求。同时,通过将安检设备、ATR行李条码扫描设备集成在PLC的Profibus网络中,实现机场托运行李的后端安检、自动分拣等功能要求。经过实际测试和运行,证明网络系统构成灵活、数据读写传输实时性好、可靠性强,便于系统升级和扩展。
PLC and distributed I/O and DP slaver, used on the belt conveyor line in the luggage handling system at Terminal 3 of Beijing Capital International Airport, apply Profibus and ASI bus structures, and realize conveyor control through programming, so that conveyor operation control, luggage clearance control and automatic luggage track are realized while efficient luggage transmission is guaranteed. In the meanwhile, security inspection device and ATR luggage barcode scanning equipment are integrated into the PLC Profibus network to meet the functional requirements for back-end security inspection and automated sorting of registered luggage. As proved in the tests and operation, the network system has a flexible structure and a real-time reading/writing and data transmission, and it is highly reliable and convenient for system upgrading and expansion.
