摘要
建立了微波消解样品,原子荧光法测定水产品中汞的方法。对样品的消解条件、仪器条件、酸度、还原剂等影响进行了实验并测定了水产品中汞含量。结果表明:汞含量在0~1.0ng/mL的范围内线性良好,线性方程Y =24.12+217.01 X ,r=0.9999。方法检出限为0.031 ng/mL。样品加标浓度为0.1~0.4 ng/mL时,方法回收率为96.4%~98.7%。方法操作简便、定量准确可靠,重现性好,可以满足水产品中汞检测的要求。
The method for the determination of mercury in aquatic products by microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy was established .The mercury of aquatic products was determined af‐ter studied the effects of the operation conditions on determination ,such as the condition of digestion ,the optimal conditions of the machines ,the saturations of muriatic acid ,and the reductant .This method ex‐hibited a linear relation within 0‐100 ng/mL mercury content .The regression equation was Y =15 .67+51 .04 X (R= 0 .9999) and the detection limit was 0 .031 ng/mL .Furthermore ,the recovery rate was 96.4%‐98.7% while the contents of added standard were 0 .1‐0 .4 ng/mL .This method is simple ,accu‐rate ,reliable and reproducible ,can meet the demand of mercury detection in aquatic products .
