摘要
与传统定性PCR技术相比,实时荧光定量PCR有更多的优点,其速度快,特异性更强、灵敏度更高、无污染性、自动化水平高等,且能对DNA模板进行定量。本文综述了实时荧光定量PCR技术原理、分类及其应用,并对其存在的问题和发展前景进行了展望。
Real–time fluorescent quantitative PCR has more advantages than conventional qualitative PCR,including rapidity,higher sensitivity and specificity,pollution–free,highly automated as well as realization for quantitation of DNA template. Its principles,classifications and applications have been introduced in this paper,and its problems and development prospect also was predicted.
