摘要
从发火可靠性、抗水性能、装配等关键技术着手,研制出了一种安全可靠型起爆雷管,并与国内普遍使用的起爆雷管的延期时间、性能等方面进行比较,结果符合《民用爆炸物品行业技术进步的指导意见》(工信部安[2010]227号)的要求。
By improving the ignition reliability and water resistance , assembly work and some other key technology , we designed a safe and reliable type of detonator and compared the delay time , performance and other aspects of detonators which common at home and abroad.The research result complies with the spirit of the Guidelines for Civil Explosives Industry Technology Progress issued by Ministry of Industry and Security （[2010] No.227） .
