大学生参军报国意识培养机制的构建是我国现代化、信息化国防建设、高校征兵工作开展、大学生综合素质提高的必然要求。目前,高校国防教育存在缺乏健全的组织机构、专业的师资队伍、系统的课程体系、创新的教育形式等一系列问题。构建大学生参军报国意识培养机制,可采取健全各级组织机构、加大师资队伍建设、创建合理课程体系、积极创新教育形式等多种途径。

The construction of consciousness cultivation mechanismfor college students ＆#39;joining the army to serve the country is the inevitable requirement of our country modernization , informationization construction, the defense conscription work and the improvement of the overall quality of college students .At present, the national defense education lack sound organizational organizations , professional teachers, the curriculum system, innovative education form, etc.We can establish and perfect the mechanism of cultivating college students to join the army to serve the country consciousness , improve the effectiveness of national defense education in colleges and universities, perfect the organizations at all levels , strengthen the teachers＆#39;team, create a reasonable course system and actively innovative education way.
